Shayna K. Cavanaugh is the owner/attorney at the Law Office of Shayna K. Cavanaugh, P.A. in Naples, Florida. She began practicing law in 1996 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where she earned her law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Shayna received her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in journalism and public relations. She moved to Naples, Florida in 1997 and started her career practicing family law including divorces, domestic violence, and guardianship. Before starting her own practice, Shayna was an attorney for legal aid working with clients who had limited means and high needs in their divorces.

Throughout her career she has handled hundreds of divorce cases, including complex matters involving domestic violence, parenting issues, relocation issues, and support issues. She has also helped hundreds of clients achieve a negotiated agreement through mediation by focusing on a client-centered approach.
Shayna’s passion for helping clients and her focus on what is most important to them while giving them the support, advice, and guidance throughout the process while they begin a new journey into life has inspired her to continue in her career as family law attorney. Shayna’s desire to help navigate families going this most difficult time in their lives gave her the motivation to practice family law.
