Robert L. Bogen is the principal and owner of The Law Offices of Robert L. Bogen, P.A. The firm is a “boutique” law firm with a heavy emphasis on all matters relating to family and divorce law, criminal defense, and appellate law. The firm employs full time an experienced paralegal. When appropriate, the firm will engage the services of forensic accountants, vocational rehabilitation experts, psychologists, and other professionals to assist in achieving the best results possible for its clients.

Robert L. Bogen is an active member of several bar associations and committees/sections, both local and statewide. He has been a lecturer in appellate practice and has appeared on radio talk shows to speak on family and divorce law, as well as criminal law. He has earned the distinction of Martindale-Hubbell’s highest “AV” rating, and has appeared in its Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.

Having practiced law since 1976, and having managed his own firm since 1991, there are few issues that Robert L. Bogen has not dealt with. He is an experienced negotiator who strives to achieve fair and reasonable results for his clients without the necessity of courtroom drama. Nonetheless, sometimes issues and cases are simply unable to be settled. In those cases, Robert L. Bogen is and has been a tenacious litigator who enjoys the respect of his colleagues as well as the judiciary.
